In the wee hours of July 14th, 2006, several members of The Groove Machine went live on 105.1 "The Buzz" radio station in Portland!

It was an action packed (literally) morning, with 4 snares, 2 quads, and 3 bass drums crammed in to a small broadcasting studio along with the cast and crew of The Nelson and Terry morning show!

We were so smokin' that we actually set off the fire alarms, and the fire trucks showed up!

Well, we were told this had nothing to do with us, but we like to think it did... makes for a much more telling tale.

Calls continued to come in throughout the rest of the day singing our praises and the possible re"percussions" of the mornings antics.
